Jubilee appointment updates can provide appointment updates and reminders by email or text according to the notification options used for your booking. If it is not safe to mention counselling in a message, avoid that channel and tell Jennifer your safe-contact preference.
Reminder messages should stay practical and should not describe the reason for counselling. Email and text are not monitored for urgent or crisis support.
