Areas Jennifer currently supports.
Primary focuses are relationship recovery and harmful relationship patterns; addiction recovery and rebuilding; and parenting, childhood experiences, and family patterns. Jennifer also supports grief, anxiety and overwhelm, trauma impact, life transitions, and personal growth.
Services are individual counselling. Jubilee Cares does not currently provide couples or family sessions, child assessment, detoxification, crisis response, legal advice, or emergency care.
Jennifer Racine, DPC, RTCc, is ACCT member #3996. Her current designation is RTCc — Registered Therapeutic Counsellor-Candidate. She works with an approved supervisor while completing the requirements for full RTC status.

Regular hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Limited flexibility outside those hours may be available by arrangement.
